Girls Only Fitness, Well-being, Mindset and Mentoring Programs


Princess Power

6-10 year olds

Princess Power is a unique fitness and wellbeing program for 6-10 year olds girls. The physical component is mostly games based in all different environments eg, gym, parks, beach...the girls don't even know they are exercising. This is coupled with a mindfulness topic and short discussion at the end of each session. I create experiences that the girls will treasure for life whilst creating new friendships and mixing with a group of like minded girls.


Girl Squad Tweens

11-13 year olds

Girl Squad is an empowering community of young girls all striving and supporting each other to be the best version of themselves. The Girls undertake a structured and comprehensive 8 Week Program with more in depth discussions as well as more challenging workouts. Each week is different utilising various training styles HIIT, yoga, strength training, cardio in different training environments. Friendships are formed, confidence is built and the girls flourish.


Girl Squad STRONG

14-17 year olds

Girl Squad STRONG is designed to take the girls training to the next level. There is a focus on building STRENGTH with an introduction to resistance training using bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and TRX. The girls will also learn fitness boxing and develop that all important core strength.

The mindfulness topics whilst similar are more advanced giving the girls that all important guidance needed in this crucial development stage.

11-15 years

Join this exciting new class designed specifically to improve strength, endurance, agility, speed and core for the sport of netball.

One general training session a week is not enough. Do today what other's won't so you can do tomorrow what other's can't.

Also often games are won or lost on mindset not ability..this class combines fitness as well as mindfulness topics to ensure that your daughter has what it takes.
