The Mother-Daughter Connection is like none other. It's an intense, special bond that is instrumental in the lives of both.

This vital relationship can also be complex, confusing and challenging at times. At our beautiful Mother-Daughter retreat we explore meaningful and loving ways to maintain and strengthen this all important connection.

We can’t underestimate the effect these last two years has had on us and our girls. 2022 is a chance to RE-treat, RE-charge, RE-connect and RE-align.

Throughout this retreat you and your daughter will have a chance to undertake separate activities to go within and connect with like minded Mums and girls but most importantly participate in loving and meaningful bonding activities together that will strengthen and create more clarity and connection between you.

This is all wrapped up in the Girl Squad methodology of Movement, Mindset & Meditation incorporating activities such as wood fired pizza night, yoga, aqua aerobics, wine tasting (for the Mums), creative activities, mindset education, fire ceremonies and so much more!

"I spotted Girl Squad on a Facebook group and signed my daughter up. With being in lockdown, fitness had suffered slightly so I wanted Mollie’s fitness levels to return. What I didn’t realise is that not only is the class focused on physical fitness, it supports mental fitness too. Mollie is very self conscious about a part of her body, which is silly but it’s important to her. After going to the class and being in a safe space, her self consciousness has practically disappeared and she feels happier in herself. Mollie is just about to enter the next phase of being a girl and the foundations which are being built in this class, will serve her so well.
